  • Can I open an GIFIBO account in my country?

    We offer our accounts in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (not available for residents in the DOM/TOM), Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the US. You can open your account if you live in one of these countries and meet our requirements. Our products and services vary by country.

  • I forgot my username, what should I do?

    To connect to your Client Access, you need your username and your personalized password. If you have lost or forgotten your username, we invite you: See the e-mail you received when opening your account. The identifier is generally composed of 9 or 10 digits.

  • What does GIFIBO do with my tax information?

    The OECD requires certain tax information to be shared by means of the Common Reporting Standard (ECR). To carry out our obligations, we must establish which country you’re taxable in. We do this through your tax identification or National Insurance number.

  • How do I edit my RIB online?

    You can edit a RIB: from your Customer Area* on the gifibo.com website, by going to the "My accounts" section. From the "My assets" entry in the side menu, click on "Edit bank details". *Subscription to remote banking services (Internet, landline, SMS, etc.): free and unlimited, excluding the cost of communication or provision of Internet access.

  • WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR HAVING A BANK CARD?

    Your account manager or branch manager will be able to inform you about the conditions for obtaining a VISA GIFIBO international bank card, from the wide range available, and will advise you on the card that best suits your needs. You will then complete a membership form and you will be contacted as soon as your card is available. Do not hesitate to call your manager or branch manager after fifteen (15) days maximum.
